The monarch made the declaration on Tuesday while receiving a high-powered delegation led by former Vice-President, Atiku Abubakar at his Bodija residence in Ibadan.
Abubakar was accompanied by ex-PDP National Chairman, Senator Iyorcha Ayu; Ex-Cross River State Governor, Senator Liyel Imoke, and Ex-Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai.
